Starter is for up to 3 users with QR and barcode tagging. Pro adds unlimited users, GPS trackers, handheld RFID readers, customized tags and priority support. Industrial adds 10,000 assets on the price list (more on request), dedicated support, fixed RFID readers, Microsoft Entra ID (Active Directory) sign-in, the itemit API and invoice payment.
Yes. You can pay monthly or yearly. Paying yearly saves up to 29%, depending on plan and size.
No. Tags cost $249.99 for 500 vinyl QR labels or $399.99 for 500 anodized aluminum tags. You can also print your own QR codes or barcodes, as long as each one is unique.
No. Pro and Industrial work with them, but the hardware is sold separately. Tell us what you want to track and we will quote it: team@itemit.com.
Plans renew at the end of each billing period. To cancel, tell our support team at least 30 days before renewal. Paid fees are not refunded, so start with the free trial if you are unsure. See our terms.
A 40-person contractor tracking 1,000 tools on Pro pays $2,299 for the year, with every employee as a user, plus $699.99 for 1,000 anodized aluminum tags: $2,998.99 before sales tax. Reuse the tags every year after.
