With itemit, you get a powerful web portal, Android & iOS apps. itemit is the easy, low-cost way to track any asset. Here are answers to some frequently asked questions to help you choose the best asset tracking software for your business.
How many users can I have?
As many as you need. Our Starter Pro plan is charged per user and you can have up to 3 users on that plan. If you have more than 3 users, you’ll need the Pro plan which lets you add unlimited users for one set fee.
Can I import my existing database?
Yes, of course! We don’t want to waste all the effort you’ve already gone to. We offer a data import service where we take your existing data and import it into itemit for you, taking full advantage of all of itemit’s great features. This can also include tags, photos and attachments! There is a small charge for this, starting from £99.
Can I have a live demo?

Do you provide training?
itemit is so easy to use that often no training is needed at all. We have a set of short YouTube tutorial videos which will run you through each feature. Can I extend my free trial?
Your free trial lasts for 14 days to give you plenty of time to try itemit and see all its great features. If you do find that time has flown by and you need an extension, drop us an email team@itemit.com or call 01223 421611.

Does this price include asset tags?
No. We sell our asset tags separately so you get total flexibility over the right tags for you. We have plenty of tag options available – click here to see itemit asset tags.
Can I use the tags we already have?
Yes of course! The last thing we want is to waste the tags you already have and your hardwork to tag your assets. As long as your barcodes or QR codes are unique across your assets, you can use them.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. The most cost-effective way is to pay for your subscription annually, but we do also offer monthly subscriptions.

No! Unlike a lot of other solution providers, we do not limit the amount of data you can store in itemit.
