What is Zapier?
Zapier is a tool that connect apps to one another. You can use Zapier to connect itemit to other apps, such as Gmail, Slack, Google Calendar, or Trello. There’s no coding or development required, just a simple step by step process to link the apps. Find out more about Zapier here.
In the context of itemit, this means you can now, for example, add an itemit booking to your google calendar, so that you can see when a reservation starts and is due amongst your other appointments.
What integrations are available between itemit and Zapier?
A multitude of integrations are available between itemit’s asset tracking software and Zapier. We’ve created a few templates to help you get started and guide you as to what’s possible!
Currently, we’ve focused on bookings and our check in check out functionalities, but there’ll be much more added in the very near future, so keep your eyes peeled! For example, soon, you’ll be able to integrate to Xero to track your fixed asset register and make calculating asset value and depreciation a breeze. We’ll keep you updated as and when new capabilities are available.
As of now, we’ve created a variety of booking and check in check out templates. For example, you can send an email to a specific email address when a booking is due and even update your dedicated itemit Slack channel with bookings and check outs.
This way, monitoring where your assets are and who is using them is much simpler, and can be integrated within your existing systems for even greater transparency and scalability. Everything you need, wherever you need it.
